Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by us to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Your total order cost is excluding delivery charges. You can pay your delivery charges at the time of delivery.

Delivery charges varies from one place to others according to their distance in kilometer and loading floor wise .

• If any material is wrongly supplied by us. In that case alone, we shall replace the material. The complaint should be lodged within 24 hours of material receipt.
• In any case, if the customers wants to return the material due to any of his Error/Mistake/Ignorance. The material shall be accepted at 10% less than this supplied rate. delivery and loading charges extra as applicable..
• Return Policy is applicable only for supplied material and not for cut to size/cut to length material.
• If the distance is more, in that case rate deduction will vary.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
